Gif2SL Studio — Application Privacy Notice

Gif2SL Studio 1.1.8 is a local desktop application published by D.L. Cunningham,
doing business as Earth Machina. Earth Machina is a trade name, not a separate
legal entity.

WHAT THE APPLICATION DOES

The application opens media files that you choose, processes them on your
computer, and writes converted files to the output folder that you choose. It
stores ordinary application preferences locally so that your settings can be
reused.

WHAT THE APPLICATION DOES NOT DO

Version 1.1.8 does not require an account and contains no telemetry, advertising,
analytics, cloud processing, automatic upload, or background data collection.
It does not send your media, filenames, output, or settings to the publisher.

THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

If you upload output to the Second Life virtual world, sell a product through a
marketplace, visit the Earth Machina website, or use another service, that
service processes information under its own terms and privacy notice. This
application privacy notice does not govern those separate services.

CHANGES

If a later version adds an online feature or changes its data practices, the
publisher will revise the privacy notice supplied with that version before public
distribution.
